ABOUT US
Welcome to SST Publications!
Short, Scary Tales Publications is a small press publisher of horror and erotic horror fiction and was founded in 1999 by Paul Fry. In 2000 we published our first title, Cold Storage, which is a horror collection based on the theme of the undead. It includes an introduction by the legendary Graham Masterton.
In 2002 we published the first title in our Novella Series, which was the dark, Si-Fi tale, Sometimes Women Are So Cold by Christopher Fulbright.
We have also published the erotic horror magazine Peep Show, which ran from 2001 to 2003. It included some excellent erotic horror tales from new-comers and some famous horror authors.
In 2004 Peep Show, Volume 1 was published. It was the first annual erotic horror anthology, which was to take over from the magazine. But only one volume was published . . . until now!
Please visit the Submissions page for more details.
In 2005 HellBound Books published the zombie anthology, Cold Flesh. The book was edited by Paul Fry and published in co-operation with SST Publications.
We've had a break since then, but now we're back!
Our aim is to produce high-quality Trade Paperbacks, eBooks, and a few select titles as Trade Hardbacks at affordable prices. We will price our titles as low as we can because we know money is a bit scarce at the moment. Our main focus is to produce books that we would like to read and at prices we can afford.
We hope you will join and support us as we take this exciting journey into the competitive—but seriously fun—small press publishing business.
Thank you for visiting and please let us know if we can help in any way!
